Warranty
We offer a 3 month comprehensive Parts & Labour warranty on every retail camper van and motorhome that we sell. This is an RTB Warranty (Return to Base) however we will normally consider using a 3rd party repairer local to the customer subject to certain conditions (please see warranty for full details)
If you have any problems during your first 3 months of ownership please consult your warranty booklet for full details of how to make a claim.

While every precaution is taken to ensure the vehicle is free of faults upon delivery/collection now and again things can and do go wrong (as these are older vehicles please remember!!!). We don't have a crystal ball to predict if and when a problem will occur! When issues arise we will assist you to have the problem fixed. We will consider working with a local repairer to yourselves to have any work completed, or the vehicle may have to come back to us for warranty repairs. There is of course a limit as to how much testing we can do in our own workshops and sometimes it isn't until customers start to use their vans for days/weeks away that some minor faults can become apparent. There is a simple claims procedure that would need to be followed in the event that you have an issue.

As a private buyer you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 when a problem arises, this warranty does not limit those rights. Guidance and further information on your statutory rights may be obtained from your local Trading Standards Office or Citizens Advice Office
