Facelift model with huge specification. Very tidy van for its age (22yrs old!)

MOT until 30/03/2024 - Recent HUGE £3000 service (Cambelt, clutch, oil and filter, air filter, diesel filter etc etc. 82700 miles with good service history. Lots of habitation check history as well.

Heating, hot water, shower room with cassette toilet, gas oven/grill/hob, electric step, wind out awning, drop down bed, solar panel system, reversing camera, satellite TV system, LPG tank.

Length: 6m. Width: 2m 27cm. Height: 2m 80cm.

Minor marks on bodywork to be expected for a 22yr old van. Table has had some previous repairs (see photos).

Has got a satellite system but not sure if it works (if it does it's a bonus for the buyer!). Extras added by previous owners such as solar/satellite/reverse camera etc are not covered by our warranty so if items like this are essential to your purchase then please bear this in mind.

Part Exchange
In most instances we would be enthusiastic to take your current camper van or motorhome in part exchange against this vehicle. Or we will also consider your car at trade price as we would just normally trade it onto the small network of car dealers that we sell to. I'm sorry but we don't deal in the following: caravans, boats or motorbikes.

Payment
You can RESERVE this vehicle with ONLY a £500 deposit payable by bank transfer. An invoice would be emailed to you along with our company bank info and a welcome email explaining in black and white everything that the vehicle is going to come with. The balance wherever possible would need to be paid by bank transfer on collection/delivery. We don't have finance facilities sorry. Happy to accept a cheque but would need to clear in our account before vehicle is released.

MOT Workshops
Once sold the majority of RETAIL campers/motorhomes will go through one of the two independent Lincs MOT workshops that we use and have a new 12m MOT carried out and also normally an engine oil service at the same time (unless it has been recently done) along with anything else the vehicle requires mechanically. We use two different MOT workshops depending on the size of the vehicle. WE DO NOT CARRY OUT MOT'S OURSELVES.

Habitation Checks
All retail vehicles will come with a habitation check covering gas/240v/12v and to ensure that all appliances are functioning correctly. Some habitation checks are carried out by Lincs Motorhome & Caravan Services whereas others are checked in-house (depends on vehicle type and how busy LMCS is)

Viewings
Please be aware that all viewings are by pre arranged appointment only. We work from home in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside and do not have set opening hours unlike traditional high street showrooms. Viewings arranged 6 days a week Monday to Friday 10.00am to 6.00pm and Saturday 10am - 4pm. Please note we are closed on a Sunday/Bank Holiday.
