Part Exchange
In most instances we would be very enthusiastic to take your current camper van or motorhome in part exchange against this vehicle. Or we will also consider your car, commercial van, or horsebox/horse trailer. If you don't have anything to trade in then we can discuss some discount on most vehicles :-)

Payment
You can RESERVE this vehicle with ONLY a £500 deposit payable by bank transfer, credit/debit card or cash. If you are reserving over the phone or by email a sales invoice would be emailed to you along with a secure card payment link and our company bank info. The balance wherever possible would need to be paid by bank transfer on collection/delivery. While we are unable to accept full payment for a vehicle by credit card, on most vehicles we may consider accepting part of the payment by credit card if it helps. The same applies for cash payments, we can accept some of the payment in cash but not the full amount due to bank charges and regulations etc.

MOT Workshops
Once sold the majority of campers/motorhomes will go through one of the independent MOT workshops that we use and have a fresh new 12m MOT carried out and also an engine oil service at the same time along with anything else the vehicle requires mechanically. The MOT workshops we use are:

1). M. A. Stephensons: A local well established company with superb workshop facilities including a purpose built MOT building with very large ramps and high access doors which allow them to MOT/service even the largest of vehicles which is ideal for us as some of our motorhomes are 7.5m+ in length and 3m+ high!

2). M J Watts Motor Engineers: In the same village as us and established in 1979 M J Watts have been family owned ever since. They tend to MOT/service our smaller vans as the larger motorhomes etc don't fit in their workshops.

In-House Workshops
We have our own workshops on site. The first we use for PDi's (Pre Delivery Inspections) as well as valets and general 'snagging lists' on our sold vehicles. The second workshop is our habitation check workshop. This is where Jon the technical guy carries out habitation checks to vehicles and also fits solar panels, camera systems, and also any electrical work and problem solving. Jon is a qualified MCEA engineer.

Warranty
For your peace of mind we give a 3 month comprehensive Nationwide warranty on all of our RETAIL camper vans/motorhomes (Full details are seen on our website). While every precaution is taken to ensure the vehicle is free of faults upon delivery/collection now and again things can and do go wrong (as these are older vehicles please remember!) and when they do we will assist you to have the problem fixed. We would either work with a local repairer to yourselves to have any work completed, or if you're near enough the vehicle can come back to us for warranty repairs. There is a of course limit as to how much testing we can do in our own workshops and sometimes it isn't until customers start to use their vans for days/weeks away that some minor faults can become apparent.

Full details of the warranty are available on our website. There is a claims procedure that would need to be followed in the unlikely event that you have an issue, please don't contact sales.

Delivery
On our retail Camper/Motorhome vehicles we can normally offer you FREE NATIONWIDE DELIVERY, however this would be on a case by case basis as it will depend on your location, the price of the vehicle, and the margin we have in the vehicle. Please get in touch with your postcode and we can let you know about delivery. Pete our driver would deliver the vehicle to your door on trade plates.

Collection
You are of course most welcome to come to us to collect. If you prefer to come by train or plane to collect your new camper/motorhome in Lincolnshire then one of us can come and pick you up from Grimsby Town or Market Rasen Train stations, or from Humberside airport. If you come and collect then we can do a full demonstration of your vehicle on handover.

Viewings
Please be aware that all viewings are by pre arranged appointment only. We work from home in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside and do not have set opening hours unlike traditional high street showrooms, therefore if you were to turn up and we didn't know that you were coming, then there is a distinct possibility that Darren who handles all of the sales enquiries may not be on site to see you and you will have had a wasted journey.

Viewings can be arranged 6 days a week Monday to Saturday between the hours of 9.30am and 6.00pm. Please note we do not offer viewings on a Sunday or a Bank Holiday, however you would still normally receive a reply to your enquiry at some point on these days.
