Timberland Freedom Camper Van 2 Berth 2001 Fiat Ducato 2.8JTD LWB 2001 66875 MLS

Excellent PRO conversion from Timberland Motorhomes of Chesterfield here we have their 'Freedom' model with rear washroom/bathroom at rear of van

2.8 JTD engine is smooth and responsive having covered only 66875 miles with lots of service history. Handbooks, instruction manuals for appliances, 2 x sets of keys etc.

Normally we would expect to market a Timberland Freedom with low mileage and high specification at £17995+, I've seen the same model (just 1-2yrs newer) currently advertised at £24,995 however we have decided to advertise this one at ONLY £13,995 so I'm sure you will agree it represents fabulous value for money!. It's a tidy/presentable van BUT the silver/grey paint has 'weathered' over the last 20yrs! Some paint 'peel' on the bonnet, dent on top of wing, paintwork not as shiny as some people may like, and some paint has come off on the roof. It drives without fault, and inside is in lovely condition so it is not all bad!!

The shower tray is cracked however we will fix this as part of the habitation check.

Has current MOT until November 2021 (No advisories). In the 2019 MOT it needed welding in a few places which was carried out to MOT standards and it then passed the MOT (you can view the MOT history online). As with the majority of Ducato/Boxer/Relay from this era the van has had previous welding, it will probably need more welding in the future, this is normal and extremely common.

We are happy to have a new 12m MOT put on the vehicle at asking price, or if you want to take it with current MOT (November 2021) we can reduce the price to £13495 but then please bear in mind that in November you may need to spend money to get it through the next MOT (or it might fly through same as the most recent MOT!).

Has lots of service history and was last serviced on 02/11/2020 at 65331 miles

Part Exchange
In most instances we would be very enthusiastic to take your current camper van or motorhome in part exchange against this vehicle. Or we will also consider your car, commercial van, or horsebox/horse trailer. Payment
You can RESERVE this vehicle with ONLY a £500 deposit payable by credit/debit card, bank transfer or cash. If you are reserving over the phone or by email a sales invoice would be emailed to you along with a secure card payment link and our company bank info. The deposit is fully refundable. The balance wherever possible would need to be paid by bank transfer on collection/delivery. While we are unable to accept full payment for a vehicle by credit card, on most vehicles we may consider accepting part of the payment by credit card if it helps. The same applies for cash payments, we can accept some of the payment in cash but not the full amount due to bank charges and regulations etc.

MOT Workshop
Once sold the majority of campers/motorhomes will go through the workshop and have a fresh new 12m MOT carried out and an engine oil service at the same time along with anything else the vehicle requires. The MOT workshop we use is called M. A. Stephensons who are a local company well established with superb workshop facilities including a purpose built MOT building with very large ramps and high access doors which allow them to MOT/service even the largest of vehicles which is ideal for us as some of our motorhomes are 7.5m+ in length and 3m+ high!

In-House Workshops
We have our own workshops on site. The first we use for PDi's (Pre Delivery Inspections) as well as valets and general 'snagging lists' on our sold vehicles. The second workshop is our habitation check workshop. This is where Jon our technical guy carries out habitation checks to vehicles and also fits solar panels, camera systems, and also any electrical work and problem solving. Jon is a qualified MCEA engineer and there appears to be no limit to his talents!

Warranty
For your peace of mind we give a 3 month comprehensive Nationwide warranty on all of our camper vans/motorhomes. While every precaution is taken to ensure the vehicle is free of faults upon delivery/collection now and again things can and do go wrong and when they do we will assist you to have the problem fixed. We would work with a local repairer to yourselves to have any work completed.

Full details of the warranty are available on our website. There is a claims procedure that would need to be followed in the unlikely event that you have an issue.

Delivery
On our retail Camper/Motorhome vehicles we can normally offer you FREE NATIONWIDE DELIVERY, however this would be on a case by case basis as it will depend on your location, the price of the vehicle, and the margin we have in the vehicle. Please get in touch with your postcode and we can let you know about delivery.

Collection
You are of course most welcome to come to us to collect. If you prefer to come by train or plane to collect your new camper/motorhome in Lincolnshire then one of us can come and pick you up from Grimsby Town or Market Rasen Train stations, or from Humberside airport.

Viewings
Please be aware that all viewings are by pre arranged appointment only. We work from home in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside and do not have set opening hours unlike traditional high street showrooms, therefore if you were to turn up and we didn't know that you were coming, then there is a distinct possibility that Darren who handles all of the sales enquiries may not be on site to see you and you will have had a wasted journey.

Viewings can be arranged 6 days a week Monday to Saturday between the hours of 9.00am and 7.00pm. Please note we do not offer viewings on a Sunday or a Bank Holiday, however you would still normally receive a reply to your enquiry at some point on these days.
