Here we have something a little bit different! An unusual 2 berth Fiat Ducato camper van that has a wonderful conversion fitted, not by anyone we will have heard of, but done to a very nice standard with a specification to be envious of! 2.3 JTD engine is smooth and responsive having covered only 78000 miles (and that's not me rounding the miles up or down, see the image, it has covered exactly 78000!).

Specification is impressive and includes: Ever popular rear lounge layout that turns into a bed. Stunning bathroom with full facilities inc. foldable washbasin, flushing cassette toilet, hot/cold shower with drip tray flooring and air vent. Hot water mini boiler system, with efficient water pump off mains power to run hot and cold water through the kitchen sink and shower at effective pressure, fed by an underslung 200 litre water tank. Thetford C200 cassette toilet fresh up kit (rrp £110) provided with full flush facility interconnected with sink and water pump to flush. Electrolux 3 way (gas/12v/240v) fridge freezer, gas oven, grill and hob, overhead extractor, microwave. Rear lounge with collapsible table at the rear of the van converts to a comfortable bed with storage space underneath, complimented by cupboards fixed to the ceiling above, with reading lights, curtains and a caravan skylight and vent. Rotating passenger seat. Loads of storage cupboards. There are 4 UK Plug sockets that work off the 12V (battery) and 240V (mains) electrical system as well as a fitted USB charging point for smart phones etc. The master switch for the battery is situated under the rear seats as well as a fitted fuse box to control the electrical system, the van has also been fitted with leisure battery and water tank level indicators. 12v LED lighting. A very clean and tidy van as you can see from the images HOWEVER let us not forget the fact it is now 16yrs old and has covered 78000 miles so needless to say it is not perfect! Some small cosmetic imperfections on the paintwork are present, the conversion is very good but there are some small areas here and there that you may want to improve on (depending on your standards!).

It drives without fault and appears to be very good on fuel (or so our driver tells us anyway!) To be honest if you were to try and get a conversion done like this yourself on a van it would probably cost you around £13k-£14k anyway as there is an awful lot of time/effort/money gone into this conversion, that's for sure!!

This Ducato comes with a comprehensive 4 page report from Motor Check to confirm that it has no hidden stories (no finance, not an insurance write off, verified mileage history etc etc)

Part Exchange
In most instances we would be very enthusiastic to take your current camper van or motorhome in part exchange against this vehicle. Or we will also consider your car, commercial van, or horsebox/horse trailer. Please send details of your vehicle by Email, WhatsApp or Text including reg number and photographs wherever possible so that we may arrive at the absolute best possible price for you. If you don't have anything to trade in then we can discuss some discount!!

Payment
You can RESERVE this vehicle with ONLY a £500 deposit payable by credit/debit card, bank transfer or cash. If you are reserving over the phone or by email a sales invoice would be emailed to you along with a secure card payment link and our company bank info. The balance wherever possible would need to be paid by bank transfer on collection/delivery. While we are unable to accept full payment for a vehicle by credit card, on most vehicles we may consider accepting part of the payment by credit card if it helps. The same applies for cash payments, we can accept some of the payment in cash but not the full amount due to bank charges and regulations etc.

Workshop
The workshop we use is called MJ Watts Motor Engineers and they have been in business since the 1970's and have an outstanding reputation. You would receive a copy of the invoice we get from them showing in great detail the work they have carried out on the vehicle.

Warranty
For your peace of mind we give a 3 month comprehensive Nationwide warranty on all of our camper vans/motorhomes. While every precaution is taken to ensure the vehicle is free of faults upon delivery/collection now and again things can and do go wrong and when they do we will assist you to have the problem fixed. We would work with a local repairer to yourselves to have any work completed.

Delivery
On our retail Camper/Motorhome vehicles we can normally offer you FREE NATIONWIDE DELIVERY, however this would be on a case by case basis as it will depend on your location, the price of the vehicle, and the margin we have in the vehicle. Please get in touch with your postcode and we can let you know about delivery.

Collection
You are of course most welcome to come to us to collect. If you prefer to come by train or plane to collect your new camper/motorhome in Lincolnshire then one of us can come and pick you up from Grimsby Town or Market Rasen Train stations, or from Humberside airport.

Viewings
Please be aware that all viewings are by pre arranged appointment only. We work from home in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside and do not have set opening hours unlike traditional high street showrooms, therefore if you were to turn up and we didn't know that you were coming, then there is a distinct possibility that Darren who handles all of the sales enquiries may not be on site to see you.

Viewings can be arranged 6 days a week Monday to Saturday between the hours of 9.00am and 7.00pm. Please note we do not offer viewings on a Sunday or a Bank Holiday, however you would still normally receive a reply to your enquiry at some point on these days.
