The kitchen has a 2 burner hob, sink and tap + a handy slide out table. The load bearing front seat can be transformed into a comfy rear facing armchair for lounging (it also folds flat) or you can put your feet up on the permanent bed settee. Incredible on petrol, so so simple to drive and park due to small footprint. Has MOT until August 2016 but happy to put a new 12m MOT on for next owner at asking price. 3 Owners from new (one of whom, a lady, owned this van for 7 years), full service history, invoices, old MOT's to verify mileage of 40996 to be correct, 2 sets of keys. I drove this vehicle 250 miles back to Lincs and it drives absolutely spot on, surprising amount of power considering it is a 1149cc engine and it sits happily on the motorway at 65-70MPH! Very very clean and tidy camper with only a handful of tiny marks on paintwork far less than you would expect with a 15/16yr old vehicle, definitely in above average condition, without any doubt!!
