1998 Elddis Autostratus SE Motorhome Peugeot Boxer - PROJECT VAN - NEEDS WORK

This motorhome belongs to a gentleman in our village and we are helping him out by selling it for him. He bought it from another dealer in 2024 for £12,000+ not aware that it had damp in several places. It was only when he tried to sell it to us and we inspected it that he became aware of the damp.

Only 37482 miles from new. Some service history etc. Drives really well. MOT until 22/05/2025.

Great Specification to include: Gas blown air heating, gas hob, gas oven/grill, Electrolux 3 way fridge, kitchen sink with hot/cold tap, tow bar with electrics, rear ladder, fresh water tank, grey water tank, cassette toilet, hot/cold shower, Fiamma wind out awning, blinds/flyscreens/curtains, wardrobe, plenty of storage cupboards, 12v lighting, leisure battery, zig unit, 240v hook up, 240v sockets.

We found damp high up where the walls meet the ceiling (inside cupboards) down both sides of vehicle, also under windows at the rear, there may well be other damp present as we did not do a comprehensive inspection at the time.

The vehicle is perfectly useable 'as is' and represents great value for money at only £7995 when you consider what it was sold for last year. If you were handy yourself you could fix it up, or if you have a friend who could do it for you then equally as good. To get a company to carry out the repairs could run into thousands of pounds so we would recommend against that route.

This motorhome comes with a comprehensive 4 page report from Motor Check to confirm that it has no hidden stories (no finance, not an insurance write off, verified mileage history etc etc)
