This classic Murvi Meteor camper van is a rare find, something we have never had previously. Traded into a large dealer who we buy stock from it is older than what we would normally buy for stock and retail, however we always try and buy as much as we can from this dealer (to keep them sweet!) and this is why we have the Meteor available now. Murvi are based in Devon and have been in business since the 1990's with an enviable reputation for building quality well made camper vans.

Only 75822 miles with some service history (5 recent entries in service booklet from 2014 to 2019). Last serviced at 75627 miles (under 200 miles ago!!) and has got current MOT until August 2020.

Specification includes: Propex gas blown air heating, Cascade hot water heater, sink with hot/cold water tap, 2 ring gas hob, 240v hook up, leisure battery, 2 x rotating front seats, glass sunroof, roof vent, security safe fitted, storage cupboards. No fridge (removed by previous owner) but nice large space for a top loading fridge or coolbox (where the previous fridge used to live!).

This is the low profile low roof model, so you probably won't be able to stand up inside (maybe if you are 5ft tall yes!) I'm 5ft 10in and can walk around inside without too much discomfort, but while you may be restricted a little with internal height the massive bonus is you can get under barriers, in car parks, and maybe even in your garage at home....

Road Tax: £265.00 (12 months)

A tidy respectable 27yr old van as you can see from the images, HOWEVER due to age understandably cosmetic imperfections and wear/tear is present commensurate with age and mileage. Very nice inside with less wear and tear than expected given it's age. Paintwork is very nice along both sides and has a lovely shine to it, the tailgate is nice also. Bonnet isn't great and has seen previous (not brilliant) paintwork and has corrosion along the front edge (under the stripe). Also the panel in front of the windscreen is showing some corrosion. The Meteor drives very well and cruised back around 75 miles without incident with our driver Pete at the helm. Does not have power steering but easy enough to drive once you adjust your driving style. 2.0 petrol with manual choke and 5 speed manual gearbox.

This Murvi comes with a comprehensive 4 page report from Motor Check to confirm that it has no hidden stories (no finance, not an insurance write off, verified mileage history etc etc)

Part Exchange
In most instances we would be very enthusiastic to take your current camper van or motorhome in part exchange against this vehicle. Or we will also consider your car, commercial van, or horsebox/horse trailer. Please send details of your vehicle by Email, WhatsApp or Text including reg number and photographs wherever possible so that we may arrive at the absolute best possible price for you. If you don't have anything to trade in then we can discuss some discount!!

Payment
You can RESERVE this vehicle with ONLY a £500 deposit payable by credit/debit card, bank transfer or cash. If you are reserving over the phone or by email a sales invoice would be emailed to you along with a secure card payment link and our company bank info. The balance wherever possible would need to be paid by bank transfer on collection/delivery. While we are unable to accept full payment for a vehicle by credit card, on most vehicles we may consider accepting part of the payment by credit card if it helps. The same applies for cash payments, we can accept some of the payment in cash but not the full amount due to bank charges and regulations etc.

Workshop
The workshop we use is called MJ Watts Motor Engineers and they have been in business since the 1970's and have an outstanding reputation. You would receive a copy of the invoice we get from them showing in great detail the work they have carried out on the vehicle.

Warranty
For your peace of mind we give a 3 month comprehensive Nationwide warranty on all of our camper vans/motorhomes. While every precaution is taken to ensure the vehicle is free of faults upon delivery/collection now and again things can and do go wrong and when they do we will assist you to have the problem fixed. We would work with a local repairer to yourselves to have any work completed.

Delivery
On our retail Camper/Motorhome vehicles we can normally offer you FREE NATIONWIDE DELIVERY, however this would be on a case by case basis as it will depend on your location, the price of the vehicle, and the margin we have in the vehicle. Please get in touch with your postcode and we can let you know about delivery.

Collection
You are of course most welcome to come to us to collect. If you prefer to come by train or plane to collect your new camper/motorhome in Lincolnshire then one of us can come and pick you up from Grimsby Town or Market Rasen Train stations, or from Humberside airport.

Viewings
Please be aware that all viewings are by pre arranged appointment only. We work from home in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside and do not have set opening hours unlike traditional high street showrooms, therefore if you were to turn up and we didn't know that you were coming, then there is a distinct possibility that Darren who handles all of the sales enquiries may not be on site to see you.

Viewings can be arranged 6 days a week Monday to Saturday between the hours of 9.00am and 7.00pm. Please note we do not offer viewings on a Sunday or a Bank Holiday, however you would still normally receive a reply to your enquiry at some point on these days.
